Rules for Kitco FIFATM Contest

1. Entry Period
Entries are valid beginning Thursday June 11, 2026 12:00 P.M. EST and ending Sunday July 19, 2026 at 11:59 P.M. EST.
To qualify for the prize, entries must be received by the entry dates and times stated above. Entries received after these dates and times will not qualify for the prize draw.
2. Eligibility
2.1. No purchase required. Contest open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the beginning of the contest period. Employees of Kitco Metals Inc., and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2.2. To enter the Contest, eligible participants must complete and submit the official Contest entry form available through online.kitco.com. Participants must be subscribed to receive Kitco Metals Inc. email communications at the time of entry and remain subscribed for the duration of the Contest Period to maintain eligibility. Individuals who unsubscribe and subsequently re-subscribe during the Contest Period for the purpose of obtaining additional entries may be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per email address.
2.3. Kitco is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason including but not limited to deleted, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, or illegible entries.
3. Prize Details
One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of a FIFA World Cup 2026TM : We Are 26TM - 1 oz. Fine Silver Coin with a value consisting of $289.95 CAD. Actual values may vary at time of prize announcement. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Prize is subject to availability and Kitco reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or lesser value without giving notice.

4. Draw Date
The random draw to select one (1) potential winner will take place on July 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) in Montreal, Quebec, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The selected entrant will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Contest entry form and will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of notification to respond to the notification email and complete the instructions required to claim the prize. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, fails to complete the required prize claim documentation within the prescribed timeframe, fails to comply with these Contest Rules, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Kitco reserves the right to disqualify the selected entrant and select an alternate entrant.
5.2 Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question included in the winner notification email and administered by Kitco Metals Inc. or its representative.
6. Privacy
6.1. By entering this contest, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry, without any further compensation to the winner. Contest entrants will automatically be signed up to Kitco’s email promotions and newsletters with the ability to unsubscribe their email address upon receipt of the first email promotion or newsletter. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Canadian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s consent.
6.2. The winner’s name will be available upon request for sixty (60) days following the winner selection date by emailing socialmetals@kitco.com.
6.3. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Kitco’s Privacy Policy found at https://online.kitco.com/legal/privacy-policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Kitco reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Kitco’s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Kitco. Kitco shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions.
7.2. Prizes may be taxable by the Canada Revenue Agency and other tax authorities. The winner will be responsible for taxes payable to the Canada Revenue Agency or any other tax authority and must provide a valid taxpayer ID and Social Insurance Number when accepting the Prize. Kitco is not liable for any such taxes.
7.3. Kitco shall not be responsible for any typographical, technical, or other errors in the administration of the contest, the printing of promotional materials, or the announcement of the prize.
7.4. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and is void where prohibited by law. If any provision of these Rules is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
